Join us monthly for a sweaty workout & yoga cooldown at beautiful Lake Worth Municipal Beach. Meet likeminded individuals, enjoy the ocean views, and do something good for YOU!
Hosted by certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer: Chet Bryant and his lovely wife and certified yoga instructor: Beverly Bryant.
Schedule:
5:45pm - Arrive early to park, find us & set up your mat
6-6:30pm - HIIT workout (we will help customize the workout to your fitness level)
6:30-7pm - Yin Yoga to stretch and reset the nervous system
