Come celebrate Krampusnacht at Penn Brewery

For those looking to celebrate a darker version of the Christmas Spirit, come join me and others to celebrate Krampusnacht at Penn Brewery. The event has new festive drinks and delicious food to try out, a market to peruse with merchants selling a variety of Krampus related items (as well as Christmas themed items and more), a Krampus parade to watch (or participate in) and, at 7PM, Sleigher Krampus Band takes the stage to play hard rock/holiday carol mashups!

I will try to find a spot inside Penn Brewery for us to meet at (I will update the event posting once done) and by 6:30 folks can spread out to check out all the festivities available.

This event is to bring existing and new group members together in safe and fun environments to enjoy time chatting and other festivities with our group members.

• Please note that some, or possibly all, of the event is hosted outdoors so please dress appropriately for the cold weather.
• If you show up later in the night, try to search out familiar attendees, as we may not be in the same spot for long. I will try to check the event page periodically, to view the comments, if folks can't find others.

• What is Krampusnacht?
  Krampus, in central European popular legend, a half-goat, half-demon monster that punishes misbehaving children at Christmastime and Krampusnacht is the night of celebration of this.
• If you've previously attended the Krampusnacht event(s) at Market Square, this year the event has moved to Penn Brewery. A Krampuslauf (Krampus parade) is still being held at Market Square, however it happens during the same time as this event.
