2nd Annual-Overnight Getaway Spa Retreat (Local Event)-April 12, 2025

Hello ladies, due to high demand and fun from previous event, this is the 2nd Annual Overnight Spa Retreat Event.

**This is a deposit required RSVP event. That means that only the Organizer will be able to add people to the RSVP. How to get added? Please continue to read through the details below. **

Things to consider before attending this event:
-Check your calendar to see if you are available Saturday April 12th as this is an overnight event.
- Afford to attend this event.
- Committed to attending this event, communicate, and participate as a group.

**Please do not attend this event if you are using this as your own personal staycation. That is very disrespectful to the organizer who put in the work and time to plan this event. **

Girlfriend’s Overnight Getaway Spa Package Includes: Overnight stay/ 2 Spa Services/ Spa Lunch, 3-course dinner, and Breakfast.
Overview: Escape with the girls and indulge in an hour-long Swedish massage, rejuvenating body treatment or organic facial, followed by a healthy spa lunch served in the Serenity room. Spend the evening dining at a three-course dinner in Alexandra's Restaurant. Then relax in your suite and enjoy a leisurely breakfast delivered to your room in the morning.
You will pick TWO of the three for your spa services:

1. 60-minute Swedish Massage
2. 60-minutes Custom Facial
3. Vichy shower (Choice of Sweet Orange or Sea Glow)

**When you make your deposit, you will communicate with Victoria so she can schedule your services with the resort. All services need to be scheduled by Friday, April 4th to allow the Spa service to prepare for our arrival.

Hotel/Room Information: There is a total of 15 rooms that I currently have on hold for this event. All rooms are Executive King Suites Rooms. There are NO two queen rooms available. The prices are single occupancy only. You will be paying for your room at check in with your own card. (details will follow once all attendees are confirmed)

-Pricing Per Person: $559.00
**This price includes the room, the TWO spa services you choose, breakfast, lunch, and 3-course dinner, taxes, and gratuity. Alcohol is not included and will have to be paid for separately. **

*Early hotel check-in is subject to availability and a $50 fee**

Hotel Room Deposit Policy: In addition to room and taxes, a $50 incidental deposit will be held on your credit card at check-in. In the event that there are no additional charges or damage to the room, the authorization will be released and may take up to 7 business days.

Debit Cards Policy: When using a bank issued debit card, it will be processed as cash and the full room and tax total will be charged at check in.

Deposit to attend event:
$100.00 deposit per person. This is to secure your spot for this event. Deposits will be given back to you on the day of the event.

How to Pay? CashApp or Zelle Victoria. When making your deposit, Victoria will ask for your full name, your preferred phone number, and your preferred email. This is needed too so that the spa services know which services are for who and your hotel room and my way of communicating with you after all attendees are confirmed.

Cancellations/Refunds: Monday April 7, 2025, by 4p.m. EST is the last day to cancel and receive your deposit back. After 4p.m. on this day your deposit will be forfeited, your spa services, and your room will be canceled. Please try to contact the organizer way before this date if you cannot attend this event to respect the time of organizer, the resort staff, and their scheduling services and to avoid any fees and penalties.
