An executive training community, open to all but designed for trauma survivors with NYC Award-winning, serial momprenuer, Rogera Toussaint-Michel. In addition to being a Front-End Developer and Brand Strategist, Rogera is a non-denominational, Ordained Minister and Certified PTSD/Trauma Survivor and Mentor.
Rogera specializes in guiding leaders through the complex intersection of entreprenurial and executive life with trauma, offering a safe, empowering space for personal and professional growth. As "That Mother Marketer," Rogera blends bold insights with compassionate guidance to help executives gain focus, reconnect with their mission, and build brands that reflect their true values.
The #BeautifullyStartegic Executives Community also includes access to executive leadership and parenting through trauma support groups led by Dr. Carol Chu-Peralta of the Center for Resiliency, providing holistic support for leaders navigating the unique pressures of trauma.
