Your BBW organisers Mags, Sarah and Steve invite you to take part in this charity walk which will be led by Mags, Sarah, Steve and Roger.

Starting in the popular location of Woburn, this walk covers part of the Greensand Ridge and the Milton Keynes Boundary Walk. After stopping for lunch near the Bow Brickhill church we return via Old Wavendon Heath and Aspley Woods.

* Please note, **reception in Woburn is decidedly flaky** so if you call it may not connect or ring!
* Start. 10.00am.
* Parking. Car Park is the main Woburn Park Street car park. Postcode for Park Street Woburn Car Park is MK17 9PG.

* Toilets - unfortunately there are none, but there are plenty of bushes and woods.
* ***Cost is free, but we are accepting donations for MND and the club will match all money given. If you can not attend but wish to donate you can send your donation to 'Beds and Bucks Walkers' Account number 03933598, sort code 20-05-73, using your name as reference***. ***If you donate online please put up a message 'donation sent' so we can add to the total collected on the day, Thank you.***
* Please arrive in plenty of time to change into footwear and register as we will leave promptly at 10:00.
* Bring enough food and drinks and something to sit on would be handy.

**Hi Everyone’**
**Thank you for coming to this special BBW Christmas Charity Walk from Woburn to support the MND Association and people living with Motor Neurone Disease.**
**The MND Association is the only national charity in England, Wales and Northern Ireland focused on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND. MND is a fatal, rapidly progressing disease which affects the brain and spinal cord. It attacks the nerves that control movement and eventually leaves people unable to move, communicate or breathe. It kills a third of people within a year of diagnosis and half within two years. There is no cure at present and here in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire we have local groups and volunteers that give help and support to local people living with MND and their families. Your support and any donations you can give will really help the charity to continue its work, thank you.**
**It would be lovely to see lots of members of BBW attending and wearing Santa Hats’ and I will be bringing some mince pies along with me to share on the walk as well.**
