Beam me up to the Mothership and Boardgames

Friday night rolls around once more, and the pulsing core of the mothership hums in anticipation of us beaming down and filling the back room of the Firebowl with boardgames and cheer. Come join the ragtag band of gamers, empaths, and socialites in our safe little corner of the universe.

Please bring cash as the venue doesn't take cards.

How does it work: Turn up at 7pm. The organisers bring along a selection of board and card games for people to play. We're also very happy if you want to bring along some of your own games! We have a wide variety to choose from, from casual party games to heavy duty strategy.

We're there to help explain rules and set people up with new games (usually 7 - 7:30pm). After that, we'll still be around, but sticking probes in cattle, abducting farmers, and scaring pilots. Our regulars are super-friendly and a very welcoming bunch.
