What we’re about
This group is for beginner guitarists who love to sing and play in a group setting . However if you can't play the guitar but love to sing with live guitar music, this group is for you too .
Beginner guitarists are those that have been playing the guitar for less than 12 months. They would be familiar with at least the following chords: G, C, D, Em, Am, A & preferably F#m and Bm.
As for singing, as long as you can made a tune with your voice, you qualify :) No minimum requirement :)
There will be some teaching and sharing of ideas to improve guitar skills and singing .

This is a special Christmas "edition" of our fortnightly jam and sing along sessions.It focuses on the Christmas theme.
The program includes the following:

· Christmas-centred games & quizzes with prizes
· A short message on the meaning of ChristmasAll are welcome, even if you cannot play the guitar or sing.

VENUE :
True Way Presbyterian Church, 156B, Stirling Road (next to the Queenstown MRT station), Level 2, Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH)
When you get to the church. Take the elevator to Level 2. The MPH is almost directly opposite the elevator, but its entrance is not visible. You need to walk past Room 204 on your left. The venue is just next to it.Although the venue is at a church, the event is opened to people from all religions and faiths. This is NOT a Christian meetup.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- We do have 15 spare guitars to loan out but it’s on a first-come, first served basis
- If you intend to play the guitar & sing, bring your capo and tuner.
- If you prefer just to sing along, bring your voices 😊.
