What we’re about

Social scientists attribute this to good physical and mental health. Our relationship with our loving God may contribute to good health healing in trauma and psychosis.

This course will examine how our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and actions are interconnected and how negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a negative cycle. You'll be given the social science theology behind the chemical reaction and practical ways to improve your state of mind daily, with everyday and real-life scenarios alongside the empowerment from scripture by examining bible examples and characters, principles, biblical poetry, and sayings from the Psalm and Proverbs. Topics such as struggling with anxiety, depression, and anger will be covered.

This course aims to provide a unique combination of CBT and taking time to understand The Scripture’s treatment plan for Mental Health and Emotional Ecomonics—not simplistically from one verse or passage but from all the books taken together—building a strong foundation not merely simplistically from one verse or passage but from all the books taken together. This ultimately leads us to healing and a wealth of tools to empower us through our everyday life challenges while building a strong relationship with our Creator.
