By creating our own masks, participants will delve into their identities and the societal roles they embody, discovering where their true selves meet the roles they play for the world. • Introduction🗣️: A thought-provoking discussion on "the role of the mask" and how it shapes identity and perception.
• Meditation & Visualization🧘‍♀️🧘: A calming, guided session to prepare mind and body, inviting hidden emotions to rise and reveal themselves.
• Mask Creation 🎨: With a white mask as your canvas, express your inner self by decorating with acrylics, watercolours, coloured pencils, and more. No specific technique or pre-experience is required—only the desire to explore, get involved, and bring your feelings to life.

Briefly about your Hosts ( both Italians) :

• Giorgia Melagrana: an Italian artist and art therapist based in Dubai, known for her deeply textured acrylic works inspired by nature and spirituality. With a background in visual arts and a degree from DAMS in Bologna, she blends art and meditation as pathways to self-discovery.
• Erica Ferrari Trecate: a Dubai-based corporate workshop creator, personal trainer, neuro-yoga teacher, and community builder. She is the co-founder of the series of Bellavita Network events as part of the Wealthness community where individuals value both "wealth" and "health" in a 360 degrees approach.
