Mindfulness Meetups with Nurture By Nature

Dive deep into the magic of self-discovery with this full day offering held by Sam Summers and Rebecca Maracle.

Step into a Shamanic Cacao Ceremony, where Sam will invite you to connect with the spirit of cacao and its heart opening energy, to then flow into a journey of healing and release as she invites you to work with a Conscious Connected Breath, guiding you to unlock your inner wisdom, release what needs to be released and remember your true self.

Take to the canvas surrendering to your spirit and allow your brush to flow where it will intuitively. When you feel complete, Rebecca will then be an open channel, taking the time to "read" your creation and deliver to you the messages that your spirit is wanting you to know at this time, providing you deeper insight and connection.

There will also be:
-A nourishing lunch provided and teas throughout the day.

-Energy work
