Sat 9/21- Plein Air Painting at Hovander Farm Park

Sat 9/21, 10am Hovander Homestead Park in Ferndale, WA. North of Bellingham. We can draw or paint the historic house, barn or gardens.

Park in the parking lot by the historic pioneer farmhouse and barn. Meet at the farmhouse.

Items to bring with you: Art drawing board or easel, small folding campstool or chair, drawing or painting tools. Dress for the weather. Bring your sunscreen, sunprotective clothing, sunhat and water bottle.
You may bring snacks with you. Picnic tables, waste bins, and restroom are at the back of the house.

The house and gardens at the south part of the park and dogs are not allowed in this area.
In the north part of the park, there is a separate dog run area.

We can draw and paint for a couple of hours, and will probably finish around 12noon.
