Spiritual Trip to Arunachalam ( Thiruvannamalai) & Kanchipuram

*Tentative Plan for Arunachalam & Kanchipuram*

DAY 1 - Tuesday
- 10:00 PM Start to Arunacahalam on a train from KR PURAM.
DAY 2 - Wednesday
- 04:30 Am Reach Arunacahalam and Check in to our stay.
- Visit to Temple - Complete Darshanam and then People who want to do 14 kms Girivalam by foot can start in the evening ( if you can't walk, can take an Auto rickshaw which is self payable).-
DAY 3
- Kanchipuram Kamakshi - Varada Raja Perumal - Ekambareshwarar Temples and Train to Bangalore and Reach Bangalore by 10:30 Pm.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. We provide Sleeper Class Train tickets While going and Reserved Sitting tickets while in return, Stay, Local transits, and a Trip leader.
2. An agreement has to be signed with Sehari Adventures before the trip starts.
3. Water rides, jeep rides, and anything taken apart from the itinerary is self-payable.
4. Smoking & drinking at your own risk.
5. HTD/ CTD will reserve the rights to cancel the trip or your participation in the trip if the agreement is violated. Let's be responsible travelers.
6. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
7. Your seat might be in RAC, WL or confirmed depending on the date you've paid the advance. If you're ticket doesn't gets confirmed after the chart preparation, we'll be booking a bus ticket and the difference amount will be collected.
8. If cancellations are made 4 days before the start date of the trip, a sum of 2000/- will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be credited back to the backpacker.
9. If cancellations are made 0-3 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
10. A maximum of 3-4 people in one room can be expected. If the room is a dormitory a maximum of 6 is to be expected. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
