Do you wish you could attend a meditation retreat but feel too busy? Are you looking to bring your meditation practice off the cushion and into your daily life?
This group is here to help!
We’ve designed a contemporary meditation retreat for busy individuals who want to weave mindfulness into their everyday activities. Here’s how it works:
### Morning Intention & Meditation
We start the day together on Zoom with a brief guided meditation and intention-setting session. This helps ground us for the day ahead.
### Mindful Hourly Check-Ins
Throughout the day, we go about our usual tasks—work, errands, or rest—but with the intention of doing so as meditatively as possible. At the top of every hour, we regroup for a brief 5-minute meditation to reset and refocus.
### Evening Reflection & Meditation
We end the day with a longer meditation and a group reflection session. This is a time to share insights, challenges, and successes, helping us deepen our understanding and practice.
### Flexible Participation
You’re welcome to join as much or as little as your schedule allows. Just like in a silent retreat, the collective energy of the group can inspire and support you to bring more mindfulness into your day.
