This Meetup group has been setup to help advertise and encourage walking and walks in the Berkshire area.
Anyone attending a Ramblers walk which is under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, parent or guardian.
There are 9 official Ramblers walking groups in the Berkshire area covering all ages.

The Berkshire Area AGM this year is being hosted by the Windsor & District at Eton Wick Village Hall, Eton Wick Road, Windsor, SL4 6LT where you can find out how the 9 Ramblers groups in Berkshire support walking in the county.
NB: The hall will be open from 10.00am for setting up display boards
Timetable for the day
- 10.00 long walk led by Joyce and Rita (6 miles)
- 10.30 short walk led by Angela and Chris (4 miles)
- 12.30 Ramblers return and eat packed lunches in the Hall. Hot drinks can be provided
- 1.30pm Talk about Windsor and the Great Park by Mr Leslie Grout
- 2.15pm tea and cakes followed by the AGM
- 4.00pm Chat with a Ramblers Trustee

For those travelling to Eton Wick by public transport.
There is a bus number 15 from Slough, Wellington Street stop Y ( fairly close to Slough Railway Station) to Eton Wick at 9.10 or 10.10. journey time is 16 minutes.
Return from Eton Wick 16.13 or 17.13 back to Slough.For those travelling to Eton Wick by Car
There is plenty of free parking in front of the village hall, in the recreation ground car park next to the village hall or in the surrounding village roads.
