What we’re about

  1. Once more, enraged by malpractice, this time the abuse of life coaching, Empower Advisory strives to make a difference and right the wrongs.

  2. Coaching, in layman speak is about getting you to become better in areas in your life which you perceive as your weakness. Good coaching focuses on your strengths and aims to help you achieve what you want more of in life and at work. Good coaching isn’t about giving you agony aunt advice but to change your mindset so you are able to navigate toward a more engaged and compelling future on your own eventually. It is about helping you see possibilities, guiding and witnessing your progress. Coaching is about realigning your focus with clarity and purpose. Good coaches will tell you that you are ultimately the expert of your own life and that you are responsible for your learning and results.

  3. Bad coaches simply want to drag you along for as long as they can and enrich themselves. They display all kind of certifications (accredited or not) to impress you how qualified they are yet there is no certification whether they have your interest above all else.

  4. At Empower Advisory, true to real coaching, we do not do seminar style coaching akin to a charismatic congregation. We believe in personalized coaching. Every individual has unique challenges and issues to overcome. Small groups coaching are done only if there is realizable benefit of individuals, usually friends buddying each other to encourage each other to see through the coaching journey.

  5. At Empower Advisory, we don’t drag you along. We don’t believe in a rah rah 2 day session. Neither do we believe in an unhealthy lifelong reliance.

  6. Once your engines are chugging and you have internalized the action plans, you are good to go. In fact, if you are good to go after the first session, one session is all you need.

  7. At Empower Advisory, if we assess that coaching is not suitable for you, we have the integrity to inform you as such. At Empower Advisory, your interest comes first.

  8. For a confidential no obligation discussion if you will benefit from coaching, write to us. We want to understand your challenges better and assess if coaching is for you.
