1️⃣ Host pairs arrange events
2️⃣ Admin puts up events on meet-up
3️⃣ Hosts post up their seat numbers on meet-up so that members know where to book their seats
4️⃣ Members R.S.V.P to events they are attending an post up their seat on meet-up
5️⃣ Members and hosts attend event, watch and discuss the film or show 👍
There are 2 ways you can form a host pair ⬇️
😀➡️ Forward the name of a member you would like to host with to admin, when there is a mutual request a host pair chat will be automatically created and you can use this to arrange your screening
🧍♂️🧍♀️➡️ Form a host pair with an existing friend or partner, they will need to become a member first

🎪 Event Organiser & Host Responsibilities
1️⃣ Meeting you at the agreed place and time
2️⃣ Making all reasonable attempts to inform you if for reasons beyond the event organiser and or host's control they will not be present
3️⃣ Collecting any member dues associated with the event

1️⃣ Paying any member dues or event dues promptly
2️⃣ Ensuring your R.S.V.P is correct - No one likes an empty seat!
3️⃣ Your profile photo is of your face and both your first name and surname are clearly displayed on meet-up and in our what's app community.
4️⃣ Ensuring any guests who attend with you abide by the group rules and that you make them aware of the disclaimer below;
✍️ Disclaimer: By being a member of this group, participating in it’s whats-app community chat extension and when participating in it's meet-ups and events arranged by and hosted at third party venues, local parks, public spaces & community facilities you agree that;
1️⃣ You and any guests you bring are participating in “Big Screen Club” Meet-ups, events and chat community at yours and their own risk
2️⃣ You acknowledge that you fully understand that this is an informal social group and that "Events organisers", "Co-organisers", "Other members", "Volunteers" the "Subscription holder/s" and it's sponsor's of "Big Screen Club”in the context of arranging non-profit Meet-ups within this voluntary group are volunteers and not tour guides, not considered professionals or instructors in any activity arranged and that it is the responsibility of attendees and participants of activities to research and assess their own personal risk to themselves and others when participating in this activity, and subsequently whether an activity is right for them or their guests to participate in.
3️⃣ You accept that you are responsible for the conduct, comfort and overall wellbeing of any guests you bring along with you to “Big Screen Club” Meet-ups and events.
4️⃣ You and your guests agree that the "Event Organisers", "Co-Organisers", "Other members", "Volunteers" the "Subscription holder/s" and it's sponser's of “Big Screen Club” are not liable for any financial loss, personal injury, social incident, 3rd party crime or death that may arise from participation in events unless as a result of negligence in accordance with UK law.
5️⃣ You and your guests acknowledge and agree that, "Events organisers", "Co-organisers", "Other members", "Volunteers" and the "Subscription holder/s" of “Big Screen Club” are not responsible or liable for unofficial events, ad-hoc meet-ups and social arrangements that may be arranged without permission by it's "Members", "Event "Organisers", "Co-organisers", "Volunteers" and the "Subscription holders" within the “Big Screen Club” what's-app community.
🧍♀️🧍♂️There is no defined age range to join this group although you must be 20+, if you would like to meet people within your age range the best thing to do is to regularly attend. We periodically remove members for inactivity and poor attendance record at our discretion to broadly maintain the dependability of the group and we very much hope you enjoy being a member 🙏
