Post Pumpkin Pie Pedal to Paulden

We'll start at Memory Park in Chino Valley, take Road 3 across Hwy 89 to Rd 1 East. At Rd 4 N, we will go to Hwy 89 and follow 89 to Old Hwy 89 then to the Depot 89 Marketplace which is our turnaround point. (FYI, we ride for 3 miles on 89 in each direction. There is a wide shoulder, with fast-moving traffic on 89.) Return the same way with a right on Rd 5 N to return to the park on Rd 1 West. Total mileage approx. 18 miles, elevation gain 450', mostly on the return. Optional additional mileage by riding the Yuma rollers. All of the ride is on pavement.

The Thursday Fun Rides are a series of road rides designed for the less experienced rider and anyone who may want a less challenging ride. Most rides will be 15-20 miles in length and as flat as we can make them given Prescott's surroundings. Pace is expected to be in the 12+ mph range, and we will ride at the pace of the slowest rider. Regroups and stops as needed. HELMETS REQUIRED, LIGHTS RECOMMENDED.
