This virtual offering aims to focus on movements that are useful in daily life, such as: pushing, pulling, reaching, pressing, crouching, standing, kneeling, balancing, turning, and squatting. Relaxed breathing, range of motion or flexibility, and creativity are also important components of these sessions. The format is circuit-style and equipment or resistance is whatever is available that can be used safely. Body weight will be just fine in most instances. A priority of the session is to build strength and bone density while improving form and flexibility.
