Country Jam Second Tuesday of Each Month (2024 December)

Join us for the NEXT Country Jam Tuesday evening, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Calvary United Methodist Church! The jam is being led by Doug K. with help from J.D. They have a song book for download at https://www.blackroseacoustic.org/songbooks

We want the song book to reflect the preferences of our jam members. So, attendees are encouraged to bring in one or two favorite country songs, printed on a single sheet with chords that they would like included in the expanding book and hopefully lead at the jam. Bring at least 10 copies.

Some details about our Country Jam at Calvary United Methodist Church:

• Jams are from 6:30 to 8:30 PM the second Tuesday of each month.
• The jam is at Calvary United Methodist Church on Austin Bluffs just east of Academy. Address: 4210 Austin Bluffs Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80918
• Parking is free.
• You may want to bring a music stand, a stool, and a friend!
• We ask for a donation at the time of the jam to pay Calvary Church for the use of their room. If you want to support the Black Rose, consider a membership renewal or extension.
• Enter the church through the main front door. Our jam room is on the first floor. Walk straight ahead after you enter the door. It is a large room with extra space in adjacent rooms to have break-out sessions.
