Happy Saturday, beautiful people!!! I hope you’re enjoying your weekend so far. It’s been a busy (and hot 🥵) summer! Have you been sticking to your personal workout goals?? It’s finally cooling off now and we’ll be taking advantage of this fall preview!🍁
We’re heading over to the beautiful Brook Run Park next Saturday for our first fall weather run this year! We will gather at 8:00am and will begin our run at 8:10am. Be ready for a great workout (whether you run or walk). All fitness levels (walkers, joggers, and runners) are welcome! No one will be left behind.
**NOTE:
It is incredibly important to HYDRATE throughout the week!
Our runs are typically 30 - 40 minutes long. Though our distance is around 3 miles, we typically run 15 - 20 minutes in and out.
