Holiday Morning Trail 🥾

Join us for a refreshing holiday morning hike at Griffith Observatory Trail! Enjoy stunning views, fresh air, and great company!

🤔Expectation
6:50am - Meet & Greet (right above side parking at sign)
7:00am - We will start walking (please be on time)
9:00am - End of hike (approximately)

📍Location: From your location, Google directions to the Griffith Observatory. When you go through the tunnel, you will be on Mt Hollywood Rd. After you go through the tunnel, turn right and park along the road.

🅿️Parking: Parking is FREE until 10am.

📈Level: Moderate - Relatively easy hike to the back of the iconic Hollywood sign. The trail is mostly a gradual climb until you get closer to the top, there is shade along the way. Trail is well-marked and easy to follow.

🐶Dogs: Must be on leash at all times.

🎒What to Bring:

• Good sturdy trail shoes or sneakers with good traction
• Plenty of water & lightweight snacks (granola bars, trail mix or fruit)
• Sun protection (hat, sunblock, sunglasses)
• Light jacket or sweater in case of cool weather
• Leash and supplies for pet (poop bags, water bowl)
