We are back outdoors on Monday, so come get GROUNDED!

Back by popular request, join us for an all-levels, outdoor class, with music and a rich community!

Maureen's classes focus on proper alignment, building present moment awareness, and enjoying the experience. And bomb-a$$ playlists, of course!

Class will explore all kinds of asanas, including sitting, standing, vinyasa, yin as well as yang.
