FROM CRIS …..The feelings of loss and grief are palpable these days, even though some citizens are celebrating their "win.” Thinking about winning, I turn to the words of the author Richard Powers: "What if the point of life isn't to win, but to keep on surviving, together?" I am of that mind, turning to those of like-mind, knowing I/we cannot change the minds of those who are against us. Meanwhile, let us gather together in our family of friends, as we always have, as we always do. We can do this if we are not torn apart, and if we don't lose heart. See you soon.
