We are doing one more group sound practice to close out 2024. Join us Tuesday, December 17th from 6:30-8 to call in some calm during the busy holiday season. No singing or chanting experience necessary!

Our voice is one of our most powerful tools to shift our frequency. But most of us have a lot of fear around using it, especially around other people. This practice is designed to gently welcome you into the practice of using your voice to sing and tone (no experience necessary!) with the intention of shifting energy. This is a non-judgmental space of exploration.

We will practice breathwork to increase our support and confidence in using our voice, join together in a group chanting/kirtan practice to move energy with intention, and finish with a practice of intuitive toning-- allowing for both play and powerful shift as we step into sharing our voices freely.

Dimensional Frequency Expansion (DFE) is a group of channeled vocal sound frequencies that aid in healing, relaxation and spiritual awakening. Join me as I weave these powerful vocal frequencies through the soothing sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.
