1. Please make sure you can join the event before making your RSVP.
2. Please keep in mind that you still need to pay the fee if you cancel on the event day. Cancelling at the last minute troubles us and blocks people who want to join the event.

Event Description:

• Number of courts: 4
• Attendee limit: 24 people
• Place: Gym 2F at Tabata Junior High School (田端中学校体育館)
• Time: 18:30 - 21:10 (strictly closed at 21:30)
• Duration: 2 hours 40 mins
• What to bring: indoor gym shoes, racket, and drink
• Fee: 1000 yen (800 yen for students)
• Optional racket rental fee: 300 yen (please let us know in advance)

General notes:

1. Shuttlecocks will be provided
2. Being late is okay
3. Pay cash or PayPay. Please help us preparing the exact change.
4. There is no vending machine inside the building.

Notes from the venue:

1. Do not enter from the main entrance. You need to ask the receptionist to open the side entrance for you.
2. There is a "NO SHOES" area after entering the side entrance. Please be careful.
3. Do not eat inside the gym
4. You cannot use the school car park
5. Please use the specified bicycle park
6. Please clean the gym after use and bring your trash home with you
