This Group will play the new social deduction game, Blood on the Clocktower. Social Deduction games are games where you interact with other players and using logic and various deduction techniques to to either find out the "evil players" if you are on the "good team" to win or bluff, lie, and manipulate the good team to win as the "evil team". Popular games in this genre are Town of Salem, Werewolf, and Mafia.
Blood on the Clocktower is a new game that takes these games and improves on them in a couple ways... No player eliminations (even when you die in-game, you still participate), every player has a special ability (no simple villagers), these abilities are varied and exciting, and people can join late or leave early (traveler roles).
If you like solving puzzles and detective mysteries, if you like the social interaction with others playing games, if you like to role play, and if you can handle lying and deceiving others (in the game, not in real life!) you should try come and try this game.
Ideally I want to play in-person but the game works really well playing on the free online application, clocktower.online , in conjunction with zoom or discord. I have a zoom account and I feel it is easier for casual players. Once we get a good number of players, we will schedule events, in person and online.
