Over various hills often on Skyline looping on other trails. About 6 miles with over 1200". Fairly nonstop except for water breaks or delayering. Fast pace.

This hike is for experienced hikers who are comfortable going nonstop up and down various hills.

Please bring a pack with at least 1 liters of water or other drink. Also recommended: snacks for endurance energy, electrolytes, sun screen, and bug spray. Permethrin sprayed and allowed to dry on your boots and clothing is the most effective re ticks; it should not be applied directly to your skin. Non cotton clothing and appropriate shoes - hiking boots preferred. Hiking poles are also helpful for stability.

Please answer questions about your prior experience if I don't know you or you will not be approved for hike. List your recent experience on nonstop hikes on the Skyline or similar terrain. And/or your typical weekly exercise routine.

The hike will be altered for rain. Hike may take less time than listed.

No guests are permitted on this hike.
