Payment can be cash, check or Venmo to me. You can Venmo or give cash to Laura. Please PM one of us if you need address or venmo acct. or pass on at a hike. Deadline is Nov 30th Once we receive payment you will move to the Going list.
Please note there are no refunds. We are locked into hall and will be locked into the catering.

So many of us are looking forward to this event. Happy and safe holidays to all!

Join us for what is sure to be a great time. There will be food and dancing. A bartender will be on staff, cash bar. Absolutely no alcohol may be brought to the premises from outside!
Sample of menu :
Meatballs, eggplant, chicken piccata , salad and a vegan dish or 2.
As in previous years we will invite hikers to bring a favorite holiday dessert or sweet (whether homemade or storebought).

Cost $35pp ( this covers all food, hall rental and decorations).

Everyone will be waitlisted initially. Capacity is limited and will be based on who pays first. We will update when payment is needed, and as we receive payments you will move to the going list. We will also update with further details. Please do not sign up unless you are serious about attending, as we need to get an accurate count. For this party you will be able to bring a guest--please indicate if you will bring one.
