**PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION:** This is a moderate paced hike on varied trails and paths from Houghton's Pond to Chickatawbut Tower. We will cross over 28 and continue trails to Chickatawbut Tower. We'll take a break at the tower before returning. This hike is good for distance, some elevation, and trail tracking

Bring plenty of water or sports drinks, and snacks.

No guests permitted on BHHC Hikes.

We will move at a moderate, steady pace and take water breaks on the way to Chickatawbut tower. This is not a gentle stroll in the park & you must be able to hike 8+ miles and keep up with the group.

We will meet at the kiddie playground at Houghton's pond.
