Welcome back all of us! Please read the new rules below and please be sure to update rsvps because our hikes will be smaller.

**\*\*\*\*\*COVID-19\*\*\*\*\*** While currently there are no specific restrictions or protocols in place, please be aware that this virus is still circulating and people are being infected. So let's not get careless. If you have tested positive, been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, or have recent symptoms, please inform the Event Host and refrain from attending. Err on the side of caution. Also, please respect fellow hikers who might want to exercise extra caution like masking or distancing.

This hike will follow the advanced skyline trails This means there are many hills that have steep rocky climbs and descents

Our pace will be strong moderate and distance will be approximately 4 miles.

Our group requires a minimum of one liter of water/sports drink. This may be increased in warm weather.

No guests are permitted on BHHC hikes.

No dogs on this hike, please.

We will wait for everyone, so the pace of the hike will be held to that of the slowest hiker.

Please wear hiking boots and bring a minimum of one liter of water (and snacks if you think you need them). Hiking poles are also helpful for stability. Dress in wicking clothing (not cotton) and dress in layers. Please use bugspray and do a tick check after the hike.

This hike may be canceled or the route altered if ground conditions dictate.

Remember: I am a volunteer. You are responsible for your own safety and enjoyment.
