Join us for a moderately paced workout of 5-6 miles to start the day. We will start at Chickatawbut Overlook and hike mixed paths and trails with a long, hilly climb or more. You should have experience hiking and be steady and balanced hiking at a moderate pace on steep, rolling hills, loose rock, ledges, and slippery roots. Bring a minimum of 1L of water, a back pack, and poles if you use them. Wear hiking boots or trail runners. No sneakers. Remember, we follow hike safe practices and stay together as a group. Weather may cancel or reroute hike. Headlamps and micro spikes needed this time of year.
