Experienced meditators are invited to join us for peaceful silent sitting and walking meditation. Led by Ann Potter, this weekly quiet nurturing of your spirit is without instruction and is timed. It has been created as a supportive, friendly and warm space to consistently practice with others who have established a personal practice but find they enjoy sitting with a group as well. Come for a portion or entire session.
