What we’re about
Welcome! We are a group of people who love to explore Baltimore’s vibrant craft beer and distillery scene while fostering connections and community. Whether you’re a craft beer connoisseur, whiskey enthusiast, or just curious about the local beverage culture, this is your group.
We organize regular outings to some of the best breweries, distilleries, and taprooms in Baltimore and surrounding areas. Along the way, we’ll support local businesses, share stories, and enjoy great company.
Come for the drinks, stay for the community! Cheers!!
Untappd
Our social platform to connect and share our experiences on the craft side of the house will be Untappd. More details will be posted shortly once set up!

Drink responsibily
This community is committed to our collective safety. Though we strive to look out for one another, we expect members to behave responsibly and safely when drinking alcohol. Plan ahead, drink in moderation, secure transportation as needed, and embrace quality over quantity. Here are some resources:
- The CDC's Check Your Drinking page provides information on how to drink responsibly, including the benefits of drinking less and how to limit consumption.
- The NIH National Library of Medicine hosts MedlinePlus which provides information on how to drink alcohol safely.
- Responsibility.org offers resources to help people make responsible alcohol choices, including Responsible Drinkers, which provides information to help people make responsible alcohol choices.
Upcoming events (3)
See all- Game On! @ Peabody Heights BreweryPeabody Heights Brewery, Baltimore, MD
Come visit to enjoy some craft brews in Peabody Heights Brewery’s tasting room at Old Orioles Park!! They have a laid back atmosphere complete with rotating food trucks and an arcade room. One of the things I personally love is their inclusive community and events - it has a welcoming environment and it's family friendly.
The Dugout Arcade
PHB installed an arcade + bar with over 45+ arcade games and pinball machines. On a weeknight like ours, the cost is $12 for free-play access, offering an opportunity to challenge new friends in a variety of ways. It's a fun way to put some fun on top of stimulating conversation. Godspeed to those of you with dance skills - I'll stick with the Ghostbusters pinball machine.**Fingers crossed they fixed the X-Men arcade game from when I was a kid**
"Join us, grab a craft brew, and let the friendly atmosphere at Peabody Heights Brewery set the stage for unforgettable moments."
https://peabodyheightsbrewery.com/visit/- They have a weekly calendar (posted every Monday morning) for updates on which food trucks are available
- It is kid and dog friendly as long as they remain on a leash (the dog - not the kid, silly)
Parking. There is a small private lot that accommodates roughly 15 vehicles, but there is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood, and a large parking lot two blocks over 32nd Street.
Non-alcoholic drinks. They have kombucha from Tortuga Kombucha on tap and La Croix at the bar.
If you didn't get a chance to join the meet and greet at Checkerspot, this will be another good opportunity to mingle in a relaxed setting - unless you talk smack to someone about your virtual racing skills.
- Nom Nom @ Nepenthe Brewing Co.Nepenthe Brewing Company, Baltimore , MD
Nepenthe brought me in with the Space Jellyfish IPA, and I stayed for the food and the music. In addition to the craft brew delights, we'll be dinning together at a brewery that was named one of Baltimore's best pub food by Baltimore Magazine, Best of Baltimore.
Feel free to scout ahead with their evolving food menu - my last meals were the Peruvian Chicken Sandwich and Korean Cheesesteak and both had me making noises that could be untoward in a public space.
"Raise a glass (or several) to this local staple, and stick around all day long to catch pours of limited-release versions of some of Nepenthe’s most popular beers." - Baltimore Magazine
https://www.nepenthebrewingco.com/Parking. There will be plenty of street parking in areas that are free if you find an available spot. There's also metered parking along the nearby main street at a relatively low cost.
Non-alcoholic drinks. Their beer menu includes non-alcoholic beer (Deschutes), kombucha, yerba mate, and soda.
Arrive hungry - you won't be disappointed!
