All Club Members are encouraged to practice social distancing while on our rides which includes avoiding drafting. Face Masks are RECOMMENDED when assisting with mechanical repairs (i.e., when social distancing is difficult). RIDER LIMIT: Ride Leaders/Hosts MAY limit attendance to 8 to allow for a smoother ride experience that encourages the 6’ or more Social Distancing. Use caution when riding Side-by-Side to allow Social Distancing Riders must be in good health – if you are sick, stay home! ********** BOBIE CLUB RIDER ACCIDENT INSURANCE, InCycle Bicycles Discounts, Club Kit Purchases: Contact Us For More Information: [email protected] ********** RAIN CANCELS RIDE ************************************ As with all BOBie rides this is a "NO DROP" ride. We will stop as needed to regroup, in addition to one scheduled at Hero's Park Safety and riding in groups will be our main goal to give us greater visibility when in traffic. ***************** IMPORTANT ******************** Front and Rear lights are mandatory... minimum of 500 lumens recommended for the front and substantial rear lights. Additional ankle, side and rear helmet lights are HIGHLY encouraged!!!! All Riders MUST bring their own supplies for flat tire repair. No worries, we will lend a hand if needed. Bringing $$ or a credit card to pay for any unexpected expenses such as bike repairs or transportation home is highly recommended. By not having any way to cover unplanned expenses when something goes wrong YOU shift that financial burden to those that are riding with you or create a situation where you are left stranded, which can lead to awkward feelings. Helmets are mandatory on all BOBIE rides. Bring hydration, spare tube, nutrition and appropriate clothing to be comfortable during the entire ride. (The weather can and will change during the ride). Please be sure to bring a "Road ID" or similar up to date IN CASE OF EMERGENCY INFO list with you on all BOBIE rides to allow others to help you if you are unable to help yourself. Note: Rain will cancel this ride.
