These sessions are perfect for those seeking self-help and self-improvement, whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years. We will discuss topics such as metaphysics, consciousness, deep sacred ecology and so much more; with the intent to co-create a harmonious balance and unity between ourselves, the planet we inhabit and all life.
