ABOUT ME

I am a graphic designer moving into mental health (currently pursuing a MSCMHC to become a licensed mental health counselor). I have suffered from debilitating OCD, BDD, and insomnia. I am also the organizer of the groups: Mindfulness for Coping With Mental Illness and The Philosophy of How to Live. I am very friendly, please feel free to reach out!
