LOCATION: Meet in the parking lot in front of Caffeina.

PACE GROUPS: We attempt to break into pace groups depending on your individual goals and current fitness level. To calculate a particular workout pace (ie: long run pace, easy pace, tempo pace, interval pace, etc) you can use the pace calculator at https://www.mcmillanrunning.com/ . There are usually others who run your pace at each run, and if not, there eventually will be, so jump in there and find your "happy pace"!

COURSE: This is a flat loop course on asphalt path. We will cross State street and head to the greenbelt.

SOCIAL TIME: Meet at Caffeina for breakfast and/or coffee post-run festivities!
