LOCATION: Meet by the outside seating area of push and pour in Garden City.

PACE GROUPS: We attempt to break into pace groups depending on your individual goals and current fitness level. To calculate a particular workout pace (ie: long run pace, easy pace, tempo pace, interval pace, etc) you can use the pace calculator at https://www.mcmillanrunning.com/ . There are usually others who run your pace at each run, and if not, there eventually will be, so jump in there and find your "happy pace"!

COURSE: This is a flat course on asphalt path (Greenbelt). Here are a few examples of loops that can be run:
