Weekly Language Exchange (French, Spanish, German & more!)

Learning another language and looking to get some speaking practice in?

Are you a native speaker of a non-English language and interested in chatting with learners of your language?

Or are you perhaps a native English speaker who wants to meet people from around the world and help non-native speakers with their English?

Then come join us!

How will the event work? If I come, what language(s) should I speak and/or want to practice?

We'll spend the first 5 minutes or so settling in before dividing out into tables based on the language(s) you speak and/or want to practice. If you're not able to come right at 6:30, feel free to come whenever you can and just join the table of your choice when you arrive.

It seems interest still remains highest for Spanish and French, so you can expect to see, at minimum, a language table for each of these.

That said, speakers of other languages are more than welcome to attend as I'd love for our group to continue expanding! In the future, I hope to have a table for people who want to practice English. And sometimes we find people who want to practice Arabic, Japanese, or Italian.

Though if you ARE looking to practice a language different from one of these Spanish or French, I might recommend you leave a comment below saying what language you're looking for. This way, you can see if others who want to practice the same language as you plan to attend.
