What we’re about

Healing through the body is an incredible gift we can give ourselves when living with trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. As a fellow survivor, I'm happy to share a number of tools and modalities with you to aid you on your healing journey, or just to help you get rid of stress. I teach yoga, mindfulness, meditation, Somatic experiencing, somatic yoga, Art, Sound healing, and TRE. These are all tools that I use personally and that have helped me in my own healing. I'm a former public school teacher who went from struggling with PTSD and all associated comorbidities who now serves up peace and wellness. Welcome! Feel free to check out my website HERE.
