Transparent Communication Practice Group Meeting
Details
*** Please Note:
This event will be a way for anyone interested to explore if they'd like to be a member of this group, co-creating connection, trust and a safe place to fail together over a 6-month period starting in January. We invite you to come learn the skills to honor authenticity and difference while nurturing relationship, and see if this practice resonates with you.
Transparent Communication is a relational and personal development practice. Created by mystic and collective trauma healing expert Thomas Hubl, this practice is a form of meditation in relationship with others. In this space, we consciously create safety and room to know ourselves, feel the presence of our being, and share our experience around a given topic with others. Taking turns speaking and listening, we have the opportunity to open- with deep compassion- to the emergence of our own wisdom, and to be witness to the emerging wisdom of others.
This is a facilitated space, led by two trained co-leaders. As leaders, we will offer clear direction and guidance; those just beginning and those seasoned in the practice are welcome. We find that sustained practice in this work offers personal insights, integration and new openings in how we relate to others over time. Through our trained instruction, we note: This is not a therapy group. It’s not a healing group, although healing may happen. This is a space for channeling one’s intention to expand and grow in relationship to others into a practical, spiritual practice. In this practice, we are all on the learning path.
Have questions about the practice? Feel free to reach out to Julie Boyer at [email protected].
