I enjoy independent film, especially when created by and about Black folk.

Here's an opportunity to spend October on the French Riviera for an amazing experience of film, fashion, music, art, and culture at the International Pan African Film Festival (https://fifp.fr/en/) during its twenty-second year, October ?? - ?? 2024.

My must visits for this trip are the film festival and the Château des Milandes, Josephine Baker's estate.

In April 2014 we flew from Boston to Paris rented a couple of apartments for two days. We planned to take the train from Paris to Cannes but it was cheaper to fly. We rented another apartment in Cannes. We travelled locally by our Onyxmobile as well as to Monte Carlo, Italy and St Tropez. Another option is to fly from Boston to Nice. From Nice to Cannes it takes thirty (30) minutes by car, one (1) hour by bus or forty-five (45) minutes by train.

You are expected to make your own air and lodging plans then we figure out where and when to meet up in France.

Join the group where and when you can....whether you can do a long weekend in Cannes or Paris...whatever fits your budget and schedule.
