The Strummerville Ukulele Club at the Armory Cafe! Holiday Edition / 3rd TUESDAY

TEMPORARY MOVE TO 3RD TUESDAY FOR DECEMBER.
This is due to overlap with Christmas and Hanukkah.

Good citizens of Strummerville - we need YOUR help! At our Tuesday, December 17th meetup at the Armory, we are inviting YOU to take the stage and lead the group in a holiday classic song.

A couple rules:

1. One song per person, duo, or group. First come, first served. (If you don't want to take the stage solo, invite a friend or just ask John and Nick to help out!)
2. The song you choose must be popular enough that most people will know it and be able to join in. (This is not an open mic!)
3. Let us know which song you chose so that we can add it to the edited songbook we're making for the evening. [email protected].
4. If you've got a song you'd like to lead that isn't in this songbook or if you've got a different version of a song that is in this songbook, send it to us at [email protected].

What to expect at our meetups: Doors open at 6:00pm. Come have something to eat and drink. Regular festivities start at 7pm. The first 45 minutes we'll play and sing songs of the season, we then take a snack break. Then back to it until 9pm. We're asking that you spend whatever you feel comfortable with in food and bev from the cafe.

If you don't have a uke, get in touch and we’ll bring a spare for you to play for the evening.
