What we’re about

Falun Dafa is a peaceful meditation practice consisting of 4 gentle exercises and a sitting meditation. It is a Buddhist practice based upon the three principles of truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance. Falun Dafa is a practice of mind and body with practioners across the globe have experience many benefits including increased mental and physical health.

Join us in a small group in front of the Boulder Courthouse every Sunday from 10-12 AM. Meditation mats are provided. The duration of exercises can be from 30 minutes to one hour up to your preference.

We always spread the practice free of charge.
