Be More Social groups allow young adults (18+) in Boulder, Colorado to meet others who want to gain more social confidence and have more face-to-face fun in their lives. Meet like-minded people while engaging in social activities organized by coaches trained to support young adults.
In Yoga Group, you'll learn from a trained yoga instructor how to do basic yoga poses, perform proper breathing, and engage in positive thinking. The relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga benefit participants in many ways such as, managing stress levels, improving sleep, and physical health benefits. Yoga can be very effective in developing coping skills and attaining a more positive outlook on life. Yoga mats are provided by Collegiate Coaching Services (CCS).
- Be More Social activity groups are organized by Collegiate Coaching Services (CCS) for young adults ages 18 and older in central Boulder, Colorado.
- Please note, Be More Social groups are not psychotherapy groups.
- If you are not a current client of Collegiate Coaching Services, Beth Bonfiglio, Assistant Clinical Director, will conduct an assessment to review current goals and social needs.
- Attendance is important for participants to receive the full benefit of our groups. There will be no refunds for missed groups.
- All groups require a commitment of four meetups.
- The cost to attend four (4) meetups of the Yoga Group is $100 ($25 per meetup), which covers costs associated with our groups, including supplies and other materials. Four meetups will be billed at a time.
