**HIKE INFO:** We will plan on hiking for 2-3 hours. I like the loop best so we will start off by hiking the Eagle Wind Loop for almost 4 moderate miles. Depending on how good of time we are making, the weather and what people want to do we can add on part of all the of the Little Thompson Overlook Trail. If we do both Trails it ends up being about 6-7 moderate miles. We could also do a little bushwhacking and go to the highpoint, this is maybe 1 moderate/strenuous mile out and back.

**MEETING LOCATION:** Meet at the trailhead in Lyons. Feel free to use the comments section below to set up carpooling from your locations.

**POST HIKE HH:** For the post hike happy hour food/drinks we will hit Smokin' Dave's in Lyons. Note the end time for this event includes the Happy Hour.

**DOGS:** Friendly dogs are welcome. I will be bringing my dog Flokie. If you bring a dog make sure you know and follow the rules for the trails we are hiking. There is no water on this trail so make sure to bring plenty for your dog as well as yourself.

**REQUIRED:** Bring energy foods, plenty of water, sun gear (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses), rain/wind/warm gear, perhaps hiking poles, dress in layers. Be prepared for changes in weather and variable conditions. Be self-sufficient, you are hiking at your own risk.
