**UPDATED on 11/15, WALK INFO:** Let's wander around the Walden/Sawhill Ponds areas. Park in one of the parking lots for Walden Ponds and meet by the start of the boardwalk by the second parking lot. Due to trail closures this will be a bit shorter than originally planned so start time has been moved back by 15 minutes to 9:45. We will loop around the ponds and spurs walking the trails that are open. This will be an easy walk of 4.5-6 miles depending on how long we choose to wander and what is open. This should take at most 2 hours depending on pace, conditions and distance.

**DOGS:** Friendly dogs are welcome. I will be bringing my dog Flokie. If you bring a dog make sure you know and follow the rules for the trails we are hiking.

**REQUIRED**: Bring energy foods, plenty of water, sun gear (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses), snow/rain/wind/warm gear, perhaps hiking poles, dress in layers. Be prepared for changes in weather and variable conditions. Be self-sufficient, you are hiking at your own risk.
