Hello ladies!!
If you are looking for a week-night run club that actually runs at a slower pace (10-13min/mile), then this is the run club for you!
Sarah Zimmer (Ceschin) is co-hosting a group run biweekly on Wednesday evenings starting and ending at her physical therapy office located inside Performance and Recovery Labs. Joined by a local run coach (Kelly Lutz), we will take you through a short warm up, 3 mile loop around Boulder, and end back at PRLabs for hanging out, stretching, etc.
We are a "no one left behind" run club and we stand by it. Paces are around 10-13 min/mile and there is usually a group walking as well. Some Wednesday's will include a fun activity like a scavenger hunt around Boulder, a food drive, free food, etc. All are welcome and we hope to see you there!!!
