First meeting is free, so what have you to lose? Hallmark Speakers is a membership group and is part of Toastmasters International not Meetup so to fully participate in meeting you will need to become a Toastmaster's member.
To join as a member costs a one off joining fee of £25 and then £15 per month by standing order
