It was March when we last saw our favourite white deer - this is an opportunity to see the herds during the autumn.
We will start at The Horns public house in the village and head out across fields via public footpaths and tracks - this walk is mainly off road so please wear appropriate footwear.
The landscape is rural, but with slopes and great long views, mostly over paddocks with horses and fields with sheep. About a third of the way along the route you reach the Thames for a short walk along the Thames Path, including an opportunity to see the herds of red and white deer.
After this we wind our way back up the hills and then onto a local pub for a well deserved drink and/or food.
